REFUNDS

All sales are final. Dino’s Palms guarantees the quality and health of your plant upon arrival.

A warranty is provided if you had your plants installed by Dino’s Palms and your plants show signs of dying within 3 months after installation. The warranty will be provided ONLY if there was an issue during the installation, not with aftercare such as lack of watering. Please note that plants normally suffer a little bit after installation, but speak with us if you have any questions or concerns.

Large orders may be subject to a restocking fee of AT LEAST 20% based on quantity and type of plants ordered.
