1. Commercial Account Eligibility
Dino's Palms Commercial Accounts are for organizations purchasing plants, trees, and related materials for their own properties β including HOAs and community associations, condominium associations, property management companies, hotels and hospitality, apartment communities, offices, institutions, and similar entities. Commercial Accounts purchase at retail pricing and receive vendor-compliance handling and account services rather than wholesale/resale pricing.
2. Pricing & Taxes
Commercial Accounts are charged standard retail pricing. Applicable Florida sales tax is charged on all orders unless your organization has been approved for a sales-tax exemption (for example a valid resale, nonprofit/501(c), or government exemption) by our team. Submitting an exemption certificate does not remove tax until we review and approve it.
3. Vendor Compliance & Onboarding
Each property may carry a compliance tier (Certificate Holder, Light, or Custom). Where a tier carries a one-time vendor onboarding fee, that fee is disclosed before checkout and is charged once on your first order for the account. Certificates of Insurance, Additional Insured endorsements, Waivers of Subrogation, and similar documentation are provided per the selected tier.
4. Minimum Orders
Commercial Accounts are subject to a minimum order amount, shown in your cart and account. Orders below the minimum cannot be completed.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due at checkout by default. Net payment terms are not standard and are granted only by Dino's Palms in writing, at our sole discretion, on a per-account basis. Net terms (where granted) may be modified or revoked at any time, and overdue balances may incur finance charges and suspension of the account.
6. Delivery & Property Access
You are responsible for providing accurate property addresses, access details, and any restrictions (gate codes, freight-elevator scheduling, restricted delivery hours, COI requirements, etc.). Delivery timing is an estimate; additional charges may apply for special access requirements not disclosed in advance.
7. Account Information & Responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your organization and property information accurate and for all activity under your account. You may add, edit, or remove properties from your dashboard. You represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of the organization and properties you register.
8. Plant Material
Plants are living material grown in Florida nurseries; natural variation in size, form, and color is expected. Claims regarding plant condition must be made promptly on delivery. Establishment and ongoing care after delivery are the customer's responsibility unless a separate maintenance agreement is in place.
9. Changes to These Terms
Dino's Palms may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of your Commercial Account after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Privacy Policy
We collect the contact, organization, and property information you provide in order to operate your account, process and deliver orders, handle vendor-compliance and insurance documentation, and communicate with you about your orders and account.
- What we collect: names, business contact details, organization and property information, addresses, and order history. We do not store full payment-card numbers; payments are processed by our payment provider.
- How we use it: to fulfill orders and deliveries, manage compliance/insurance paperwork, provide account support, and meet legal and tax obligations.
- Sharing: we share information only as needed with delivery, payment, and compliance partners, or where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
- Your choices: you can review and update your organization and property information from your dashboard, or contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your data, subject to records we must retain for legal/tax purposes.
