What's included β and what to have ready
Included with installation: delivery coordination, placement per your layout, planting at correct depth (the most common DIY palm killer is planting too deep), staking for wind where the palm needs it, and cleanup β pots and debris haul away with the crew.
Before the crew arrives: flag sprinkler heads and marked utilities, confirm gate access, and clear the work path β field-grown palms arrive heavy and need a straight shot from truck to hole.
