Resort Curve With Island Palms
Your navy walls and terracotta roof come alive with warm gold, orange and coral, and the deep front lawn has room for a classic Florida palm island. We set a double Montgomery palm in an oval island with an orange and coral skirt, rebuilt the bed by the door into a deeper layered curve, and anchored the left corner with two soft Areca clumps. Flax Lily edges every bed so the whole front reads as one design.

Key West Coconut Island Garden
A relaxed Key West look suits this navy ranch with its terracotta roof and deep, sunny lawn, so we set a coconut palm in an oval island bed with a hot red and orange skirt as the heart of the front yard. We rebuild the right foundation bed with White Bird of Paradise, red hibiscus and painted crotons. The same red ixora and purple-backed edging run under the left window, so the whole front reads as one design.

Navy Ranch Tropical Croton Frame
We frame the blue house with a smooth-trunked Foxtail palm at the left corner to answer the big palm on the right. Both sides wrap in layered beds of fine Podocarpus, bold Xanadu and a tidy Green Island edge. Warm croton leaves and red Ixora flowers repeat at the feet of both palms and along the driveway, so the whole front reads as one bright, lush design.

Modern Tropical Entry Frame
We keep your tidy clipped shrubs and hedge as the green backbone and widen the bed right of the door into a soft curve anchored by a Sylvester palm at the corner. The design rules it follows
- One feature plant, sized to the houseA palm or tree anchors the design, usually at a corner, never blocking the door or windows.
- Layers from tall to lowTall plants at the back, mid-height shrubs in front of them, and a low border along the edge of the bed.
- The rule of threePlants look best in odd-numbered groups, and three is the smallest group that reads as one mass. The AI plants in drifts and repeats each color in more than one spot so the yard reads as one design.
- Beds that follow your driveway and walkBed edges are shaped to the hard lines already on your property, with room left for lawn.
- Hedges counted by the footThe number of hedge plants comes from the length of the run and the spacing for that size. A 7-gallon clusia hedge, for example, is planted 2 feet apart.
- Plants onlyIt adds plants, mulch and, on bare ground, sod. It does not add lighting, pavers or anything else we would not install.

How to take a photo the AI can design from
The better the photo, the better the design. These four things make the biggest difference.
Phone sideways
Stand across the street and hold your phone sideways so the whole front shows, from the grass to the roof.
Daylight
Shoot in daylight. Night photos and heavy shadows hide the beds and the edges the AI needs to see.
Clear the beds
Move cars, bins and anything else parked in front of the areas you want planted.
One area per photo
Do the front yard first. The back yard, side yard or pool area each get their own design.

Is the AI landscape design really free?
Yes. Your first design is free with a free Dino’s Palms account, and no credit card is needed. Every new account also gets 10 welcome credits, which is enough for one more brand-new design of the same photo or a different one. After that, credits are 10 for $9.99, and that amount is credited back when you order your plants.
Is there an AI app for landscape design that uses real plants?
That is what this one is built for. Most AI yard apps paint generic greenery and stop at the picture. Ours can only choose plants from the Dino’s Palms catalog, so every plant in your design has a name, a size, a price and a product page, and we can deliver or install it in Florida.
Can ChatGPT design my landscaping?
ChatGPT and other chat assistants are good for brainstorming ideas and can generate a pretty picture. They do not know which plants a local nursery has in stock, what size they arrive at, or what they cost, so you still have to turn the idea into a plant list yourself. Our tool starts from a live nursery catalog, so the design you see is one you can actually order.
How accurate are the plant names and sizes?
The AI designer can only pick from the plants we sell, and each plant is drawn at the size we deliver, not at its full-grown size. After the picture is painted, a second AI check compares it with the plant list and corrects the list so the two match. The picture is still an AI rendering made to help you imagine the result, so individual plants will look a little different in real life.
Will the AI change my house?
No. The design only adds plants, mulch and, where the ground is bare, sod. It does not add lighting, patios, walls or other hardscape, and every picture is checked against your original photo. If the house itself came out different, the picture is rejected and painted again.
What photo works best?
Stand across the street with your phone held sideways so the whole front shows from the grass to the roof. Take it in daylight with nothing parked in front of the beds you want planted. Use one photo per area. JPG, PNG and iPhone HEIC photos all work.
How long does an AI landscape design take?
A few minutes. You can close the tab while it works and come back with your private link.
Can I change the design after I get it?
Yes. You can change quantities, switch sizes, replace a plant with another one from the catalog, or remove a line, and the price updates as you go. If you want a different look altogether, start a brand-new design of the same photo with a different style or budget.
Does it work for back yards, side yards and pool areas?
Yes. When you start, you choose front yard, back yard, side yard or pool area. Each design covers one area, so do the back yard as a second design.
Will the plants grow where I live?
If you are in Florida, yes: the catalog is what we grow and sell for South Florida landscapes in USDA zones 10a to 11a, and the AI reads the sun and shade in your photo before it picks plants. You can try the tool from anywhere, but we only deliver and install in Florida, and many of these plants will not survive a freeze farther north.
How do I order the plants in my design?
When you are happy with the list, choose delivered or installed and send it to us as a quote with one tap. Our team reviews it against your picture and emails your final price with a payment link. Installation is usually scheduled 7 to 14 days after you order.
Where do you deliver and install?
We deliver across Florida. Our crew installs throughout Palm Beach County, including West Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Palm Beach Gardens, Jupiter, Wellington, Boynton Beach, Delray Beach and Lake Worth, plus Broward County.
Is this a full landscape plan I can build from?
It is a planting design: a picture, a plant list with sizes and quantities, and a price. It does not cover grading, drainage, irrigation, hardscape or permits. Before any digging, the homeowner calls Sunshine 811 to have underground lines marked. Field-grown palms are set with a skid steer, so they need a clear path about 6 feet wide to the planting spot.
Is AI replacing landscape designers?
No. For a pool, a new patio, drainage problems or a large estate, a landscape designer or landscape architect is worth the fee. For the most common job, which is choosing and placing plants around a house, AI can now give you a good plan in minutes for free. If you would rather talk to a person, start a project and our team will quote it.
What happens to my photo?
Your photo is used to make your design and is saved to your account. It is processed by the AI services that power the tool. Each account only sees its own designs, and your design opens with a private link that only you have unless you share it.
